We stayed at the Winnock Hotel in Drymen and had dinner at The Clachan, the oldest licensed pub in Scotland. The town is small but from a nice park above it, one can see Loch Lomond.
In the morning a taxi took us and two other hikers north to Rowardennan where we would join the West Highland Way, which officially starts back in Glasgow, two days walking south from here.
